But the truth is that we know that they aren’t really going to rest, and the medications they are given run out shortly and don’t really fix the problem. They are meant only to bridge them until they have had a chance to see their own doctor, which most patients don’t because they are too busy trying to pay the bills. That means those patients will be right back in the ER with worsening symptoms of stress, anxiety and severe panic attacks.”
So what does Olivia recommend to break this vicious cycle? “I would strongly recommend investing in a good anti-anxiety program. That is where I have seen most success.
